Fabulous and Functional: Louver House

Louver House challenged us to design a luxury rooftop setting for its residents. We were given an install date, a set of construction plans, and a few words of encouragement. From there we hit the ground running.

Our first steps began with understanding the designer’s concept. We then created a general layout that would not only fit the budget, but that would work with the unique floor plan. From concept sketches to renderings, we presented a package that was sure to impress.
